Caravan // A Great British Love Story

Inspired by fond memories of childhood caravanning holidays in Southwold, Suffolk, I turned my attention to the very British world of caravanning. I spent a year on the road around the UK to create this witty, warm and insightful portrait of caravanning today. Capturing the minutiae of caravanning, as well as the holidaymakers hooked on the pursuit, the photographs are as revealing as they are charming. Alongside the photographs, the photo project features a foreword by Jonathan Meades and brief interviews with the families and couples met while travelling a country filled with caravan sites.
