A recent commission from the Sunday Times Magazine, photographing student Sophie Pender in Bristol. Sophie has set up an advocacy group to represent students who have not arrived at Bristol University from Private Schools.
I'm very fond of this portrait taken towards the end of last year. It was actually shot during a break between other setups and ended up being my favourite photograph.
My portrait of Novelist and screenwriter Anthony Horowitz.
My portrait of the actor Alan Cummin. Photographed last month in Cheltenham.
Holly photographed at the Oasis Academy in Bristol. Part of a wider feature on artists in residence in UK schools.
This is the very striking Ellie from Cardiff. Photographed for a feature on long term health issues.
Whilst setting up a portrait and testing the lights without an assistant, I captured this self portrait in a studio in Bristol. I'm not hugely interested in self portraiture especially when it includes myself, but I like this. I do spend a lot of time with my hand glued to my phone, the image illustrates reasonably accurately my day to day existence at the moment.
I spent a bright an sunny day in October in Plymouth with some of the University's students. We were tasked with photographing a selection of images in and around some of the independent businesses found in the city.
A recent portrait of eighteen year old Anthony Jones photographed in June in Caerphilly for Specsavers magazine.
In October 2015 after an anomaly picked up by an initial appointment with his optician, Anthony was diagnosed with a Brain tumor, which had been placing pressure on his optical nerve.
Anthony underwent a successful surgery to remove the tumor and is now focused on returning to his life where he's training as a pastry chef.
A couple of portraits photographed last month that I'm really pleased with. This is Jo Hill, an actor from Bristol. Her agent got in touch asking me to create a set of interesting still imagery for her casting portfolio.
I've arrived a little late to the party, but I'm very much enjoying the TV show 'Peaky Blinders at the moment. It's very pretty with a fantastic script and cast. Benjamin Zephaniah appears in the show as the brilliantly named street preacher Jeremiah Jesus. Seeing Benjamin reminded me to dig this portrait out I shot of him for the Times a while back.
Some of my photography used in last year's Welsh Organ Donation campaign. A brilliantly progressive campaign and change in law, let's hope England follows suit soon.

My portrait of professional Golfer Chris Wood, photographed at Long Ashton golf club in Bristol, the club that he joined at 9 years old. My understanding of golf is limited to a couple of rounds on a crazy golf course which made the photography patter and interaction somewhat tricky. Chris did say he wasn't keen on his socks being featured and normally I'd probably agree but in this portrait I think they fit nicely.Read More
My portrait of Sir Terry Wogan, photographed in 2013. I'll always associate his warm comforting tones with my weekends pottering about the house. He also authored of one of my favourite pieces of life advice; "If it's not fun don't do it". A wonderfully succinct prescription.Read More
